A freshers’ ball (or fresher’s ball) is a traditional event held by universities and colleges, particularly in Uganda, to welcome new students to campus life.
These welcome parties serve as an opportunity for newcomers to socialize with fellow students and seniors, and they often feature entertainment, music from DJs and guest artists, and other activities to create a fun and memorable experience.
